Consent to personal data processing
Effective from October 23, 2026
By pressing “I accept” in the Telegram bot @leakprice_test_bot, by confirming my consent when uploading a database in my account on leakprice.com, or by sending a hand history database to @leak_price, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below.
1. To whom
To the operator of the LeakPrice service — an individual, a tax resident of the Republic of Armenia. The operator's full details are available on request at @leak_price.
2. Which data
- Telegram ID, username and chat ID.
- My email address — if I log in to the website with email.
- The hand history database I send or upload: my nickname, my cards and actions, the nicknames and actions of opponents at the table.
- Correspondence with @leak_price and the details needed to pay for a paid review.
3. Why
To make and deliver the review of the database, to keep the “one free express review every 30 days per account” rule, to answer questions about the review and to compare it with my next database if I send one.
4. What is done with it
Collection, recording, storage, calculation of statistics and of the review, transfer to the processors in section 5, and deletion — automatically and manually.
5. Who receives it
Only services without which the review is impossible: Telegram — correspondence and delivery of the report; Anthropic (USA) — the text of a paid review; it receives calculated conclusions and sample hands without nicknames; Hetzner (Finland) — the server where the review is computed and reports are kept; Resend (USA) — login and order emails. The data is not sold and not passed to third parties for their own purposes.
6. How long it is kept
- The archive with hands sent to the bot is deleted automatically right after the review.
- An archive uploaded in my account is deleted right after unpacking, the hand histories right after the calculation, and the packed database once the review is published; a rejected order or one not paid within 7 days — right away. The finished reports — until I ask for them to be deleted.
- A database for a paid review sent to @leak_price — during the work and after the report, until I ask for it to be deleted.
- My email address — while I have an account on the website or until I ask for it to be deleted.
- Telegram ID, username, the free-review mark, the consent mark and the report page — until I ask for them to be deleted.
7. Withdrawal
The consent is valid until I withdraw it. I can withdraw it and ask for my data to be deleted by messaging @leak_price — the reply comes within 10 working days.
