Privacy policy

1. Who processes the data
The LeakPrice service — the leakprice.com website, the Telegram bot @leakprice_test_bot and database reviews ordered via @leak_price — is run by an individual who is a tax resident of the Republic of Armenia. Full controller details are available on request via @leak_price.
Data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data”. For any question about your data, message @leak_price on Telegram.
2. What data we collect and why
- Website. Yandex Metrica collects cookies, IP address, browser and device details and page visits, so we can see where visitors come from and what they read. In your account, Metrica also marks the order steps — login, upload, database check, opening the payment page and payment — with only the language and price tier, no nicknames, email, Telegram ID or order numbers; session recording (Webvisor) is off there. Our host, Netlify, keeps technical request logs (IP address, time, page address).
- Fonts. Website and report pages load fonts from Google servers (Google Fonts). When a page opens, Google receives the IP address and browser details; it does not receive the address of a report page or its content.
- Telegram bot. Your Telegram ID, username and chat ID — to send you the report and to enforce the “one free express review every 30 days per account” rule, shared by the bot and your account on the site. The language you chose (English or Russian) — so the bot and the report use it. The hand-history database you send — to run the review.
- Partner link. If you came via a LeakPrice partner’s link or promo code, we keep the partner’s code and the amounts of your purchases — to give you the discount and pay the partner their share. The site remembers the code from the link in your browser (localStorage) for 60 days. The partner sees only how many clients they brought and the total of their purchases — not your nicknames or IDs.
- Website login. Your email address, if you log in with email — to send you login codes and messages about your order. The code and the link in the email are valid for 15 minutes and we keep them only as a hash. If you log in with Telegram — your Telegram ID and name. The login cookie keeps the session for 30 days.
- Full review. Your Telegram messages, the database — sent to @leak_price or uploaded in your account on the website — and the details needed for payment — to do the review and answer questions about it.
A hand-history database contains your nickname and the nicknames of other players at the table. Other players’ nicknames are used only for statistics inside the review; we do not publish or share them.
3. What happens to your database
- Free express review in the bot. The archive you send and the hands extracted from it are deleted automatically right after the review. What remains is the report page, the summary numbers (no hands) and a technical log of the run, in case something went wrong.
- Free express review in your account. You can order it once every 30 days per account — the same limit as in the bot. A database uploaded for an express review is processed on our server (Hetzner, Finland) without the AI model: the archive is deleted right after unpacking, the hand histories and the packed database right after the computation. The express review page stays in your account: it opens from a link for 30 days and can be downloaded as a file until you ask us to delete it.
- Full review ordered on the website. A database uploaded in your account is processed on our server (Hetzner, Finland). The archive is deleted right after unpacking, the hand histories right after the calculation, and the packed database once the review is published; if the order is rejected or not paid within 7 days — right away. A person checks the review before it is published. The finished review appears in your account: the interactive version opens from a link for 30 days, and the standard report and the pool report can be downloaded as files until you ask us to delete them.
- Full review via @leak_price. The database is kept on the reviewer’s computer while the work is in progress and after the report, to answer your questions and compare with your next database. We delete it when you ask. The finished report is sent to you in the bot as a link: the page is kept on our server and opens from the link without a login, so don't post it. The link works for 30 days, then the page is deleted from the server; sooner if you ask. Right after the link we send the standard report as an HTML file — it stays with you with no time limit; the interactive version (preflop, flop, hands) is available only at the link.
- AI model. The text of a full review is written by an AI model from Anthropic (USA). It receives the computed conclusions and a few example hands in compressed form — without nicknames or table names. The free express review does not use the model.
4. Who receives the data
We do not sell data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data passes only through services the work depends on: Telegram (messages and report delivery), Yandex (Metrica), Netlify (website hosting), Hetzner (the server where reviews are computed and reports are kept, Finland), Resend (login and order emails, USA), Google (page fonts), Anthropic (full-review text, no nicknames).
5. How long we keep it
- Telegram ID, username, the chosen language, the free-review mark and the consent mark (date and version of the documents) — while the bot is running or until you ask us to delete them.
- The code of the partner you came from and your purchase amounts — while the partner program runs or until you ask us to delete them.
- The express report page and its log — until you ask us to delete them.
- Your email address for website login — while you have an account or until you ask us to delete it.
- A database uploaded in your account — until the review is published (a rejected order or one not paid within 7 days — deleted right away). The order’s finished reports — until you ask us to delete them.
- A database sent to @leak_price — during the work and after the report, until you ask us to delete it.
- The full review number and your Telegram ID or website account number — also after the link has stopped working: the report page carries this number, and it shows whose report it is if a copy ends up in public.
6. Your rights
You can ask what data of yours we keep, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Message @leak_price — we reply within 10 working days. If you live in the EU or EEA, you can also complain to your data protection authority. Metrica cookies can be turned off in your browser settings.
7. Consent
Before your first database the bot shows the consent to personal data processing and the public offer, and accepts the database after you press “I accept”. Before you upload a database in your account, the website asks you to confirm your consent to these documents. By sending a database to @leak_price you give the same consent.
8. Changes
A new version of this policy is published on this page with the date it takes effect.
